📦 Damaged Product? We’ve Got You Covered!

We stand by our quality, but if your STHIRA product arrives broken or defective, we’ll replace it free of charge.

✅ Eligible for Returns/Refunds:

 Damaged in transit (e.g., cracked paddle, punctured balls)
 Manufacturing defects (e.g., peeling surface, loose edge guard)

🚫 Not Eligible:

✖ Used/played with products
✖ Normal wear and tear
✖ Buyer’s remorse (size/color preference)

⚡ How to Claim:

1️⃣ Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

3️⃣ Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 12 hours
4️⃣ Return shipping (we’ll email a prepaid label if approved)

💸 Refund Process:

  • Approved claims: Full refund or free replacement (your choice)

  • Refunds processed within 3 business days via original payment method
